Free | CTT regular mail
The order will be received in 5 to 12 business days after the date of dispatch.
Urgent | Priority mail 1.50 €
The order will be received in 2 to 5 working days after the date of dispatch.
Urgent + registration | Registered mail 2.50 €
The receipt of the order will be in 1 to 2 business days after the date of dispatch.
The shipment is registered and with access to the tracking code and shipping insurance in case of loss.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost orders in the case of CTT regular mail or priority mail options, there being no refund of the amount paid for the order and this risk of the choice remains with the customer.

2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The exchange or return is accepted and made under the following conditions:
The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use within 15 days after receiving the order.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all the respective components present there.
Sute Jewelry assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned product.
Pieces that require customization, such as engravings and size changes, cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of earrings, piercings and earcuffs.

In case of exchange, you should always mention which product you want to exchange for, in the email sent.
After receiving the product and checking its good condition, the amount will be credited (except shipping and gift box).
