What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made through the reference system MB, Mb way, bank transfer or Paypal.International payments only with Paypal.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs at Sute Jewelry by regular CTT mail are free to Portugal.

The customer also has the option, if he wishes, to choose:

Urgent, delivery by Priority Mail: 1.50 € per delivery.

Urgent + Registered, shipping Registered mail (with tracking code): 2.50 € per shipping.

 

International shipments are made by international priority mail (with tracking code): 6.00 € per shipment.

 

How is my order shipped?

The order is sent via CTT.

 

Do I have a way to track the shipping status?

Yes, you will be informed via email when your order has been shipped.

Only registered mail and international Priority Mail shipping methods have a tracking code.

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

The order processing period for shipping varies between 1 to 2 business days. The receipt of the order varies from 2 to 12 business days for Portugal shipping and from 12 to 30 business days for International shipping, according to the chosen shipping method.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it, and the payment already made will be returned.

ON EXCHANGE OR RETURN

The exchange or return is accepted and made under the following conditions:

The product must be returned in new condition and without signs of use within 15 days after receiving the order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all the respective components present there.

Sute Jewelry assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending the returned product.

Pieces that require customization, such as engravings and size changes, cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of earrings, piercings and earcuffs.

 

If you want to make a return, contact  info@sute.pt 

In case of exchange, you should always mention which product you want to exchange for, in the email sent.

After receiving the product and checking its good condition, the amount will be credited (except postage and gift box).

 

WARRANTY

Pieces have a 30-day warranty after shipment.

In this period, if there is a defect in the part, with a correct use of it, it will be replaced or refunded (except shipping or additional fees) after returning it.
